Association (IPrA): The International Pragmatics Association (IPrA)
is an international scientific organization devoted to
the study of language use. It was established in 1986
to represent the field of pragmatics in its widest interdisciplinary

IPrA is a recognized member of the Consortium of Affiliates
for International Programs of the American Association
for the Advancement of Science.

International Association for the Study of Child Language (IASCL): IASCL was founded to promote international and interdisciplinary cooperation in the study of child language. Its major activity is the sponsorship of the triennial International Congress for the Study of Child Language. In addition to the congresses, the IASCL produces the Child Language Bulletin approximately twice a year, with directory information, book notices, a conference calendar, and other useful information.
